  • Photoelectric smoke alarms

This must be in place before a new lease or lease renewal.

Yes. Whether the property is a house, townhouse, apartment, or studio — it must meet the same installation and alarm requirements.

No — if your property is tenanted, we can coordinate directly with the tenant. If you’re self-managing and prefer to be on site, we’ll arrange a suitable time with you.

Most properties are completed in under 2 hours, depending on the number of alarms required and layout.

Yes. Every job comes with a Certificate of Compliance sent digitally. You can also request an optional Photographic Compliance Certificate for $139, which includes detailed position photos and expiry dates — ideal for pre-sale verification.

All alarms come with a 10-year manufacturer warranty, and all installations are completed by fully licensed professionals.

Pricing is based on the number of bedrooms/enclosed studies. For example:

  • 3-bedroom house: $398
  • 5-bedroom townhouse: $549

Upfront payment is required for fixed-rate pricing.
