Excellent service. The man who came to test our alarms was very polite and informative. The checks were done quickly and efficiently. We were also given advice on alarm maintenance and trouble shooting for the future.

Great communication with text messages that were easy for me to reply to arrange our smoke detector testing. Got a text message reminding me of the day and a 4 hour window of time when they would come. Got a text to say they were on their way. Polite, efficient and respectful of my home. Very easy process!

I recently had our routine fire alarm inspection with Jody and I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the service. Communication was clear and professional from the start, the appointment time was honoured and everything was handled efficiently.

Our rental agency sent these guys over for a smoke alarm service. Great communication. Really liked that they texted when on their way even though general timeframe was given in advance.

We recently had Property Compliance Australia check our smoke alarm, and the experience was excellent. The staff were very professional, arrived on time, and even showed us how to safely turn the alarm off without any trouble. It’s reassuring to know that our safety is in such capable hands. The service provided was great. The communication was clear, I was given several date options. The day before I was sent a text to give time line, I was then sent a text when the tech was on the way.
The tech was polite and professional. He let me know each time the alarm was about to be sounded, it was easy.

Very accommodating service. We unfortunately forgot to make sure our dog was put away when our first visit was booked, but the staff member who attended was incredibly understanding and allowed us to reschedule for an alternative time that suited us. When he attended the property today, he was very friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!
