I recently had our routine fire alarm inspection with Jody and I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the service. Communication was clear and professional from the start, the appointment time was honoured and everything was handled efficiently.
He was punctual, polite and very respectful in our home. The whole process was smooth and straightforward. Really appreciated the professionalism and would happily recommend.

We recently had Property Compliance Australia check our smoke alarm, and the experience was excellent. The staff were very professional, arrived on time, and even showed us how to safely turn the alarm off without any trouble. It’s reassuring to know that our safety is in such capable hands. Technician was very knowledgeable and nice. Started conversation with us. Did everything without us having to lift a finger. He knew where all the alarms were, where to go and what to do. He was very timely with his work. In and out within 10 minutes. He even gave us some advice for any issues that we have in the future. Awesome work!!

Great experience as a tenant. Felt comfortable with Tim coming in to our home and explaining clearly what his job was on the day. The notice given via email was very helpful so the visit didn’t catch us off guard.

The service provided was great. The communication was clear, I was given several date options. The day before I was sent a text to give time line, I was then sent a text when the tech was on the way.
The tech was polite and professional. He let me know each time the alarm was about to be sounded, it was easy.

Great service today by James he was in and out very quickly very professional. A lot of new technology being used no paper forms to sign Like I’m used to from previous inspections or QR codes and uploaded. Very satisfied with this Service

Very accommodating service. We unfortunately forgot to make sure our dog was put away when our first visit was booked, but the staff member who attended was incredibly understanding and allowed us to reschedule for an alternative time that suited us. When he attended the property today, he was very friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!
