From time to time, Property Compliance Australia (PCA) runs special offers, giveaways, and competitions to thank our customers and partners.
All PCA promotions are subject to individual Terms and Conditions as outlined below. Promotions may vary or end without notice. Entry into any PCA promotion constitutes acceptance of the applicable Terms and Conditions.
1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Property Compliance Australia Pty Ltd (“PCA”, “we” and “us”), ABN 84 169 764 452, with its principal place of business at 3/41 Paringa Road, Murarrie QLD 4172, Australia (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian homeowners aged 18 years or over who purchase and complete a PCA smoke alarm upgrade between 1 January 2025 and 31 December 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
To be eligible, participants must have purchased and fully paid for a qualifying PCA smoke alarm upgrade service directly through PCA during the Promotional Period.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of PCA are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotional Period
The promotion commences at 12:00am January 1st, 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on December 31st, 2025.
Three (3) winners will be drawn each month throughout the Promotional Period by random electronic selection.
4. How to Enter
Eligible participants are automatically entered into the draw when they:
- Complete and pay for a PCA smoke alarm upgrade for their property during the Promotional Period; and
- Provide accurate contact details, including their name, property address, and valid sales agent details (if applicable) at the time of booking.
- Entries that do not include complete or accurate details may be disqualified.
There is a limit of one (1) entry per upgraded property address.
5. Prize Details
Each month, three (3) eligible winners will be randomly selected to receive a cash reimbursement up to the total cost of their smoke alarm upgrade, including installation and certification fees (“the Prize”).
The prize value will be paid by direct bank transfer to the winner’s nominated Australian bank account within twenty-one (21) business days of prize verification.
In addition, the sales agent listed on the winner’s booking will receive a $100 Visa Gift Card (one card per winning property).
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for any other goods, services, or cash alternative.
6. Winner Notification and Announcement
Winners may be required to provide proof of purchase, identity, or property ownership to verify eligibility before the prize is awarded.
By participating, entrants consent to PCA collecting and using their personal information to administer the promotion and verify eligibility, in accordance with PCA’s Privacy Policy available at pcasmokealarms.com.au/privacy.
PCA will not share entrant information with third parties except as required for prize verification and fulfilment and for any other reason as required to comply with the law.
7. Verification and Privacy
Winners may be required to provide proof of purchase, identity, or property ownership to verify eligibility before the prize is awarded. By participating, entrants consent to PCA collecting and using their personal information to administer the promotion and verify eligibility, in accordance with PCA’s Privacy Policy available at [insert privacy policy URL]. Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as required for verification, prize fulfilment, or regulatory purposes.
8. General Conditions
PCA reserves the right to:
- Verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entry deemed incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent;
- Substitute the prize with an equivalent of equal or greater value if circumstances require; or
- modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion without prior notice.
PCA is not responsible for any tax implications that may arise from winning the prize. To the extent permitted by law, PCA and its associated agencies are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered as a result of participation in this promotion or acceptance of the prize.
9. Unclaimed Prizes
If a winner cannot be contacted, verified, or fails to claim the prize within ten (10) business days of the draw, PCA may conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries.
Any redraw will be conducted in the same manner as the original draw, and the newly selected winner will be subject to these Terms and Conditions as if they were the original winner.
10. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
11. Final Decision
PCA’s decision in all matters relating to this promotion, including eligibility, draw procedures, and prize allocation is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over who have recently had their property serviced by PCA as part of a real estate agency’s compliance program.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of PCA are ineligible to enter. Only one (1) entry per serviced property per promotional period will be accepted.
3. Promotional Period
Entries open at 12:00am AEST on the first day of each calendar month and close at 11:59pm AEST on the final day of that month (“Promotional Period”). A new draw will be conducted for each month that the promotion is active.
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must:
- Scan the QR code on the PCA “We Want Your Feedback” flyer left at their property following a PCA service visit;
- Complete the online feedback form, including a valid PCA service reference number, a star rating, and responses to the feedback questions; and
- Submit a public Google Review for Property Compliance Australia via the link provided upon completion of the feedback form where required.
5. Prize Details
Each month, one eligible entrant will be randomly selected by random electronic draw to receive a prize equal to one (1) week’s rent of their current residential property, based on the rental amount confirmed by their managing real estate agency, up to $1,000 AUD.
The prize will be paid directly by PCA to the managing real estate agency for credit against the winner’s rent account.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other benefit.
6. Winner Notification and Announcement
The monthly winner will be notified via their managing real estate agency within ten (10) business days of the draw.
Winners may also be announced including residing suburb and first name(s) on PCA’s official Facebook and/or Instagram pages.
7. Verification and Privacy
Entrants may be required to verify eligibility by providing proof of tenancy or identity.
By entering, participants consent to PCA collecting, storing, and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion and verifying eligibility, in accordance with PCA’s Privacy Policy available at pcasmokealarms.com.au/privacy.
PCA will not share entrant information with third parties except as required for prize verification and fulfilment and for any other reason as required to comply with the law.
8. General Conditions
PCA reserves the right to:
- verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
- Substitute the prize or modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice; and
- Disqualify any entry suspected of being fraudulent, incomplete, bulk provided by automated systems or bots, or otherwise invalid.
To the extent permitted by law, PCA and its associated agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in this promotion or from acceptance or use of the prize.
