COMMON PROBLEMS

Smoke Alarm Issues

A faulty alarm occurs when the smoke alarm incorrectly activates.

This can happen when the sensor detects something resembling smoke or is affected by external factors such as:

  • Electrical noise
  • High or low humidity
  • Steam or condensation
  • Power surges

Chirping noises are short, repetitive bursts of sound.
This usually indicates:

  • A low battery
  • A battery connector issue
